Terms & Conditions of Services offered by Divyam Mandala

Some or all of the following client personal information may be required for a session: name, date of birth, gender, photo, mobile phone number, address, email address.

• Our primary goal of collecting your personal information is to provide you with an efficient, smooth and customized experience.

• If incorrect information is provided, the readings will be misleading.

• All client information will be treated as strictly confidential.

• No client information shall be disclosed to any third party, except, if necessary, with prior consent of the client.

 

Services offered by Divyam Mandala are primarily for divine guidance and are meant to bring positivity and peace to the body and the mind.

• Our services provide spiritual wellness and mental well-being in order to assist all other types of treatment, hence enabling quicker and more effective healing.

• Our services are by no means an alternative to mainstream medication or mental health counselling.

• The client is solely responsible for any decision taken in his/her life; Divyam Mandala shall not be held liable for any kind of decision taken by the client in his/her life.

• We do not offer any kind of mental health or psychiatrist services.

 

In line with the ethics of Divyam Mandala, our services do not include:

• Gender prediction

• Death prediction

• Gambling, trading or similar predictions

• Readings for children under the age of 18 [however, parents can seek guidance for their children]

 

We have a no-refund policy.

• The client is invited to deliberate unequivocally, prior to booking a session and effecting payment.

• Once purchased, a session is non-refundable.

• No refund or fee adjustment will be provided in case the client does not turn up for the booked session.

• Divyam Mandala is not under any obligation to call the client to remind them of an upcoming session.

• If the client is late for a session, same will not be extended and shall end at the scheduled finishing time, without any fee adjustment.

 

Our prices are subject to change without prior notice. Our services or any part thereof may be modified or discontinued without prior notice. We shall not be held liable for any impact that our price or service change may cause. 

 

We reserve the right to refuse service at any time to anybody without the need to provide any reason.
